We’ve implemented a systematic way to capture and track member participation across PILOT including segmenting members based on participation level to better understand what drives their participation and what members need to stay engaged in their weekly coaching.

Buyer Experience - Live Session Recap Emails

We’re keeping buyers in the know after live coaching sessions with a Live Coaching Session Summary. After each live coaching session, our buyers receive this email with key insights, summary slides from our deck, and the live coaching recording.

Checking In With Members After Their 1st Coaching

After members participate in their first coaching series, we now check in with them and understand how they feel about their first PILOT experience.
