We’ve expanded our turnkey approach to getting started with PILOT by adding new member communication templates to the kickoff toolkit. Buyers and cohort champions can now select from a number of communication templates geared to communicating what PILOT is and why they will want to take full advantage of the coaching opportunity. You can use the templates as-is or modify and add to them with your company specific information.

Enhanced Member Feedback Survey

We’ve overhauled and enhanced the feedback survey provided to members during their PILOT engagement. This new and improved survey prompts members for specific information about the impact of PILOT’s coaching and gives members an opportunity to share their direct feedback and stories. The new survey results can be easily aggregated into a data driven impact report showing what members are getting out of PILOT and how they feel about their experience.
