“Get Advice” Feature Enhancement

We’ve added a “choose your own adventure” mentality to getting additional coaching within a series. This new feature lets members choose from a list of common scenarios about how they are feeling related to a particular coaching series topic. Based on their choice, members are directed to a coaching video giving them insight and questions to consider and are then asked to reflect on their personal situation by answering follow-up questions after watching the video.

Buyer Experience - Quantifying PILOT

We’ve worked to quantify the robust PILOT experience that members receive including measuring what members experience during their PILOT engagement. This is information compiled that our buyers can easily share internally as they discuss what PILOT is in addition to with prospective hires to engage a conversation about the unique and exciting development offerings to employees.

Refresh of pilot.coach website

We updated the PILOT website with a refreshed look and feel, focusing on a new home page. The result is:

  • enhanced our market-facing product positioning, messaging and value proposition

  • increased visibility of our successes with client and member testimonials

  • demonstrated our industry progress through and awards and certifications
