New at PILOT: Accessibility with Closed Captions

Research shows that closed captioning can improve the comprehension and retention of media content proving that this new product addition is a win-win for members across PILOT. Our mission is for everyone to feel powerful at work and ensuring our program is accessible and inclusive is an important piece of that mission.

All PILOT videos that appear within reflection activities and recorded live session recaps now have Closed Captioning applied. Many members may be completing their weekly activities in environments where access to the audio is limited. Closed captioning allows members to view and follow along with activity videos whether they are in the middle of a quiet office space, commuting on a noisy bus or train or require closed captioning assistance.
